Decades of Building Multifamily Projects at Snyder Construction Group

Snyder Construction Group prides itself on building strong relationships and stronger communities. We’ve completed dozens of projects over the past 45 years, providing great places for families to live and grow all over Southwest Missouri and the four-state region.

Discover more about our multifamily projects, from college apartments to affordable housing.

Keystone Family Homes

We partnered with Knight Development on the Keystone Family Homes development to revitalize their portfolio throughout Springfield, from properties on North Bolivar Road, Cedarbrook, and Glenwood to Dogwood Apartments and Villa Marie.

Every unit received new vinyl plank flooring, windows, doors, insulation in the attics, new dishwashers and water heaters alongside new HVAC systems. Exterior improvements included new shingles on roofs and fiber cement siding. The multi-phase renovation occurred from early 2021 to early 2023.

The Highline Apartments

Montana winters are harsh. Even so, Snyder Construction Group finished 180 units among multiple buildings at three stories each for The Highline Apartments in Columbia Falls, Montana, in 2020. We built micro-efficiency studio units and one- and two-bedroom apartments designed specifically for the local workforce and their families.

The building components include stone veneer, LP siding, cedar shake accents, and asphalt shingles. We completed the project ahead of schedule, giving the developer a chance to expand.

The Preserve at Ardmore

Ardmore, Oklahoma continues to grow as a thriving community between Oklahoma City and Dallas. We constructed six buildings, a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units, for community living at The Preserve at Ardmore. Amenities include a communal clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, covered parking, and basketball court. The apartment complex is ideally situated with access to restaurants, I-35, and Lake Murray.

Moon City Lofts

In the newly rejuvenated northeast part of Springfield, Moon City Lofts arose in 2022 as a three-story luxury apartment complex. Comprised of beautiful studio and one-bedroom apartments, Snyder Construction Group completed the project in time for the complex’s grand opening in Q4 2022.

Valley Ridge Residences

Far enough away from the busy Branson strip is a verdant neighborhood called Valley Ridge Residences north of Branson. At 160 units, the community features affordable two- and three-bedroom townhomes with 915 and 1,170 square-foot sizes. Each home has its own balcony, and the community has a swimming pool, laundry facility, playground, and basketball court. It’s the perfect place for working families to live.

Brookfield Residences

A short drive from Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas, two- and three-bedroom units of Brookfield Residences took shape in this vibrant college town. Constructed in 2007, this LIHTC community is ideal for growing families with a playground, pool, basketball court, picnic areas, and a park-like setting for little ones to romp and play.

Autumn Ridge Apartments

This senior community in Yukon, Oklahoma, caters to residents 62 and older who need affordable housing. One- and two-bedroom floor plans await seniors who qualify for certain housing programs. Snyder Construction Group also added a barbecue area, a picnic area, and a fitness center to complete the Autumn Ridge Apartments project.

Columns Apartments

The iconic Columns Apartments on East Sunshine in Springfield, Missouri, needed a facelift. Snyder Construction Group was tasked with renovating the common areas, mailroom, offices, and entryway.
