Multi-family housing set against the backdrop of Glacier National Park.
Location: Columbia Falls, MT
The site is a phased project featuring five buildings and a clubhouse. Due to the project location and inclement weather conditions, unique building methods, such as panelized wall systems, were used to expedite the timeline and gain efficiencies. The project was brought in ahead of schedule, even while being built in the winter months of Montana.
The building components include stone veneer, LP siding, cedar shake accents and asphalt shingles. Snyder Construction Group served as the general contractor for this project.
