One site, two projects, quick timeline. Success.

Location: Springfield, MO

This freestanding building is one of two projects built by Snyder Construction Group, a Springfield, Missouri-based general contractor, on the 1.7-acre site. The 3,850-square-foot steel framed prototype build, along the 65 Highway corridor, was constructed in 150 days while working closely with the design team and franchise group to meet the timeframe required.

The exterior materials feature brick, EIFS and fiber cement siding.
