Location: Springfield, Missouri

This 2,000 square foot project included grey box shell construction of the building and extensive site work, including curb and gutter, sidewalks and right-in/ right-out with MODOT. The building materials are a mix or brick and stone.
This is a build-to-suit project, Starbucks will lease the building from the developer. Snyder has a strong relationship with this developer and was awarded the project based on our competitive bid and successful history of delivering for this client.
