A new look and functional space.

Location: Springfield, MO

This building serves as the corporate headquarters and training facility for SGC Foodservice. The project scope consisted of an exterior facade renovation to enhance the look and visibility on the busy Battlefield Road corridor and interior renovation and infill of roughly 21,000 square feet. The project includes offices, a training center, a test kitchen with the ability to open the space up to the adjacent warehouse area and employee lounge areas.

Snyder Construction Group served as the Springfield-based general contractor and was involved in this project from the beginning and assisted with cost estimating, constructability and cost savings analysis. The construction was done while the building was occupied and working with the Owner's schedule and access, as well as maintaining a safe environment for construction workers and staff of SGC.
