The O'Reilly Auto Parts Corporate Office project leads to additional work.

Location: Springfield, MO

The 110,000 square foot addition was constructed in close coordination with the owner's team, all while keeping the existing building and site safe and operational for daily use. In addition to offices, additions included a fitness area, food service cafeteria and a wellness center. Existing finishes were matched to create a seamless expansion of the existing building.

Snyder Construction Group near Springfield, Missouri, was selected as the general contractor for this project based on our overall office construction experience, reputation, and staff members that were qualified for the project. The success of this first project has turned into opportunities to partner on multiple other projects, in addition to the trust to engage our Pre-Construction team for project feasibility and budgeting.
