Creating a home for Nixa's early childhood programs.

Location: Nixa, MO

The nearly 24,000-square-foot facility houses multiple district programs under one roof. It's home to programs servicing children with special needs, Role Model programs for those children and the Parents As Teachers program. The building is steel construction with CMU, brick and metal panels.

Snyder Construction Group worked closely with the developer to deliver the project on time for the school's timeline for opening. To meet the schedule, the project was procured in different bid packages. We served as the general contractor based near Springfield, Missouri.
