This is two separate projects running concurrently.
The first phase is 131 units of RAD conversions consisting of four separate sites. The RAD program redevelopment effort is transforming former public housing into affordable housing developments. The unit mix is two-bedroom thru five-bedroom.
The second phase consists of 341 units of affordable rental housing across 3 sites. After rehabilitation, all units will be fully subsidized and have Low Income Housing Tax Credits.
The scope of the work includes interior renovations of cabinets, appliances, fixtures, flooring, doors and paint for both interior and exterior. There will be energy efficient mechanical and plumbing upgrades to the unit and improved accessibility features.
