Catching up to growth without interruption to service.

The Mercy Oncology Infusion Clinic, within the Mercy Rolla Clinic, had been experiencing patient volume growth outpacing the 7-chair capacity of the existing space. In order to reduce patient waiting times and increase access to infusion services, Mercy developed a plan to double the capacity of the clinic by expanding into an adjacent space.

Snyder Construction Group was tasked as the general contractor with the renovation construction for the new area, which resulted in a multiple-phased construction project. The phasing was conducted in such a fashion that the clinical services were never interrupted and resulted in the addition of 9 additional chairs, for a total of 16, along with new exam space and support areas.
