The skilled nursing facility features 90 beds with a 30-bed memory care unit, across 50,300 square feet. Snyder Construction Group, as a Springfield, Missouri-based general contractor, used our historic knowledge of solid rock to help mitigate costs and stay efficient when excessive rock was hit on-site and created the need for extensive solid rock excavation. Even with delays due to the unforeseen, the construction schedule was met.

The exterior materials include stone veneer, fiber cement siding and asphalt shingles.
