A community safe room dually functions as a gym.

Location: Springfield, MO

This project included a gymnasium addition of approximately 10,200 square feet and is dually purposed as a FEMA shelter, which acts as a community safe room during inclement weather. Construction methods and materials are required to meet specific codes, and this particular project used precast panels, steel, brick, CMU, stone, wood siding and EIFS. We served as the general contractor in Springfield, Missouri.
