Snyder Construction Group was selected as the Construction Manager on this project, due to our qualifications and skilled team in similar project types. The 29,125 square foot, two-story building has floor-to-ceiling glass running the entire length of the east side to showcase a 26' tall LED display.
The building has 20 exam rooms, 8 orthopedic rooms, and 3 patient recovery suites, which overlook an internal courtyard. The building has many spaces and features that enhance the patient experience, from a kids "playhouse", natural daylight in nearly all spaces, a refreshment area that resembles a coffee shop, and lounge spaces that are hospitality style and quality.
