This facility serves as one of five regional offices for Gardner Capital, an affordable housing and renewable energy developer, investor, and tax credit syndicator in Springfield, Missouri. Working on a tight site and alongside another contractor for an infill, Snyder Construction Group delivered the project on time and with cost savings generated, while keeping the design intent. We served as the general contractor in Springfield, Missouri, on this project.
