This 7,800 square foot renovation in Springfield, Missouri, took an existing medical clinic and repurposed it into a fitness studio and wellness center, offering massage, reflexology, and aesthetics.

The fitness side of the building features 3 workout studios with drastically high ceilings, a waiting area, and restrooms with showers. The wellness side features a spa-like ambiance, with a waiting area and treatment rooms for therapists and aestheticians to provide wellness services. We served as the general contractor, based in Springfield, Missouri.
