Club Lodges at Trillium

Location: Cashiers, North Carolina

The project site is 3,700 feet above sea level in mountainous terrain, nestled just outside of Cashiers, North Carolina, on the Eastern edge of the Appalachian Mountains.

The buildings consist of four slab-on-grade, two-story, three-bedroom Presidential townhomes and fifteen single-story two-bedroom villas with walkout basements. There are a total of 38 units within 19 buildings. Snyder Construction Group served as the general contractor for this project.
